Response Timeframes
- Acknowledgement within 1 business day
- Initial assessment within 3 business days
- Final written response within 10 business days where practicable
How We Resolve Issues
We review records, communicate with relevant team members, and provide an action plan. Actions may include clarification, correction, refund consideration, or process improvement.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied, you may request internal escalation to the responsible manager. Privacy matters can be referred to the OAIC.
